FOIA Requests

The Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council (DATAC) is committed to transparency and openness. Individuals submitting requests to the DATAC under Delaware’s Freedom of Information Act (29 Del. C. §§ 10001-10007) may use the State of Delaware’s Online FOIA Request Form.

Alternatively, individuals can complete the fillable PDF version of the FOIA Request form, print it and send a scanned copy via email to: SaraA.Poore@delaware.gov.
