- SAFE stands for Shelter, Advocacy, Freedom, and Empowerment. Safe offers help for Survivors/Victims and their families experiencing Domestic Violence, Family Violence, and Human Trafficking. Survivors/Victims and their children have 24/7 access to residential and non-residential services to help families receive the necessary support and assistance to stay safe.

- Delaware’s Child Protection Accountability Commission (CPAC) is a statutory body created in 1997 under the Child Abuse Prevention Act of 1997 in response to the tragic death of four-year-old Bryan Martin. Its purpose is to monitor and improve Delaware’s child protection system to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of abused, neglected, and dependent children.
